Entry Form for Glastonbury School of Art Annual Exhibition
Please see below an outline of the Entry process:
If you are a new or old Glastonbury School of Art Student this is your chance to see your work displayed at a wonderful Virtual Reality Art Gallery. To do so just follow the three simple steps:
1. Submit your work
You can submit up to 5 x 2-Dimensional artworks online. The works can be framed or unframed. Media categories include Mixed Media, Painting & Drawing. Images should be optimized for web & cropped with a resolution of no more than 72 dpi and dimensions of no more than 1800 x 1800 pixels. We prefer them saved as jpg images. If you cannot do it send them to us and will try our best.
2. Enter the details and upload images of your artwork (see the form below)
We need all your contact details, a short Biography, and a few words to describe your artwork/s. *Remember to add selling price if the artwork is for sale & the exact dimensions of the artworks included the frame if there is a frame.
3. Pay your entry fee
Entry is £5 per artwork and you may submit up to five artworks. You can pay this online by credit, debit card, or PayPal when you submit the form or call Glastonbury School of Art & pay by the phone (+44 (0) 1458 832911).
What happens next?
According to how many submissions we have we will choose a Virtual Gallery. Then we will prepare the images and place them on the walls.
The Glastonbury School of Art symbolic prize will be awarded to the Artist that has collected the most votes in our little online competition.
Cost and deadlines
The entry fee is non-refundable.
You must pay your entry fee and submit your digital entry, including images of your artworks, by 23:59 (GMT) on April the 20th, 2021, at the latest. We will not accept any late submissions.
