Art Workshop Gift Vouchers
This is a gift voucher for an art workshop. The vouchers are valid for a range of art workshops, and we offer various options for you to choose from. A selection of materials is included, with the exception of fine brushes, watercolour paper, and canvas, which can be provided for an additional fee. After purchasing your voucher, please call or email us to arrange your booking. The voucher is valid for one year.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.Acceptance of Order
Your order becomes binding as soon as it has been accepted by www.heavenlypathartgallery.com, subject to your rights of cancellation (please see section 5).
The product you order will be made bespoke to you in accordance with the instructions and specifications you have given us.
It is your responsibility to check all the details and aspects of your order are correct and that the vouchers are suitable for your requirements when we send through your order acknowledgement email.
2. Liability
Because your voucher is made specifically to your order, it is not possible to return it if is not suitable.
If the voucher you have received is damaged or we have made a mistakes with your order we will of course repair or replace it as soon as possible.
Upon delivery of your product, please check it very carefully and report any problems immediately as we will not be held liable for visible defects identified after 24 hours of delivery.
3. Payment
Because each voucher is made to order, 100% of the cost of the goods is taken when your order is placed.
All orders are not refundable or returnable unless the vouchers are damaged upon delivery.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publication. If an error has been made, we or you may cancel the order subject to the terms indicated under section 5.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice up until the time you have placed your order.

All information is correct at time of publication. While every effort is made to offer the Workshops set out in Glastonbury School of Art website, the Glastonbury School of Art reserves the right to withdraw particular Workshops and to change both the content and the pricing of a Workshop when need arises, without prior warning. Participants who have already paid in full for a course will not be subject to any such price increase. Minor changes of course content will not be considered to affect our cancellation policy, as set out in the Glastonbury School of Art’s Terms and Conditions.
REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
CANCELLATIONS BY US
If a Workshop is cancelled by the Glastonbury School of Art, participants will be notified and given the opportunity to transfer to another course. Otherwise the full cost of fees will be refunded within three weeks, under normal conditions. We shall not be liable for any other consequential loss.
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU

All Cancellations of workshops for illness or other serious reason from the part of the participant are non-refundable but participation can be rescheduled for available workshop dates within a short time providing there is space available and hasn't been a repetitive pattern in the student's earlier bookings.
CLASS POSTPONEMENT
In the event of staff illness, we will attempt to find a substitute tutor. If this is not possible, the class will be postponed, participants will be notified and the class will be rescheduled. Alternatively, the missed hours may be moved to the next available dates.
STRIKES & SECURITY ALERTS
In the event of a public transport strike, security closure or severe weather conditions, we may have to cancel or close a class early for reasons beyond our control. Unfortunately in these situations we cannot accept liability, provide an alternative session or offer a refund.
NON-ATTENDANCE
Non-attendance of Workshops due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds, extra tuition or transferal to another class. However, in such an event we shall consider all the circumstances and take such action that we consider fair and reasonable, subject to availability.
GENERAL INFORMATION
OVERSEAS APPLICATIONS
It is essential that you advise us of your UK address, telephone and email details for the two weeks period prior to your course commencing in case we need to advise you of any changes. Glastonbury School of Art does not offer refunds for accommodation or travel costs associated with any courses.
STUDENT VISA
Students who require a visa to enter the UK must contact the British Embassy in their own country and make prior arrangements before booking any course. The Glastonbury School of Art is not permitted to sponsor any visas.
STUDENT CONDUCT
Workshop participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, and to recognize that other participants also require support and assistance. If a participant becomes persistently disruptive, we reserve the right to issue a verbal warning, and if this does not resolve the situation, the participant may be asked to leave the course without refund.
LANGUAGE
All workshops are taught in English. Participants should have a working knowledge of English.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
Postage is not included in the price. If delivered in the UK, it will be added to your order summary during the checkout process. We deliver in most countries. Please contact us to provide you with a shipping price.
I HAVE PLACED AND ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
When your order for a voucher is placed, you can collect it either from our Gallery if the option is available when you pay for your item or it will be prepared for delivery as quickly as possible.
IS VAT INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
We don't charge VAT because we are not VAT registered yet!
ARE CUSTOM DUTY & IMPORT TAXES INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
Custom duties and import taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online.
