HOW CAN I PAY FOR ARTWORK SOLD ON ?
We try to provide as many payment options as possible for your purchase and will not charge you any of those annoying Credit Card surcharges that the airlines are fond of. On , you can make payment with: PayPal, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Debit and Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro, and Switch.
ARE TRANSACTIONS PROCESSED ON SECURE?
HOW DOES THE SHOPPING CART WORK?
When you are ready to order or are just considering making an order, you can add items to your basket at any time by clicking the - add to the cart - button (be also aware of the option to choose various options for size and printing surface where is available) located next to any artwork for sale. This will take you to your cart, where all of your basket items are stored. You can navigate the site and come back to your basket at any time by clicking on the basket icon next to the search bar at the top of the screen.
WILL ITEMS REMAIN IN MY BASKET BETWEEN VISITS TO ?
All items will remain in your basket until you either make a purchase, remove it from the shopping cart, or the item sells out. Sometimes it pays to be quick!
I HAVE ADDED AN ITEM TO MY CART, BUT I AM UNABLE TO BUY IT. WHY?
It means that we are out of stock, so someone beat you to the item if this has happened. Sorry!
IS VAT INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
Lucky you, we don't charge VAT because we are not VAT registered!
IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
Shipping is not included in the price for Original works. Shipping is included in your order only for prints delivered in the UK. We currently deliver in 12 countries. Check-in your order summary, and where it says Shipping, click to make visible the drop-down menu with the list of countries, states, and provinces to choose from. If your country isn't on the list, please contact us to provide you with a shipping price.
MY PAYMENT IN WWW.HEAVENLYPATHARTGALLERY.COM HAS BEEN REFUSED. WHY?
Often payments are refused because the user has entered an invalid credit card, expiry date, or security number. If your transaction is rejected, please check your card details and try the transaction. If something still doesn't work, contact us, and we will help you through the process.
I HAVE PLACED AND ORDER IN WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
When your order is placed, it is relayed to our team, who pack the item with care and, if required, will ship it to you as quickly as possible.
DOES OFFER FRAMING SERVICES?
I am afraid not at this stage.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY WORK PURCHASED TO BE DELIVERED?
It will all depend on where we deliver? Original framed artworks usually are delivered between 7 - 10 days in the UK. When your order is placed for a Giclée print, it is relayed to our printers for printing, and when it is ready will be prepared for shipping as quickly as possible.
WHAT DO I DO UPON RECEIVING MY PIECE OF ART FROM ?
Before signing for your piece of art, please check all external packaging for damage. If you are happy with the condition, please sign the paperwork as 'in good condition.' If there is visible damage or you suspect there may be damaged, please accept the delivery but sign the paperwork as 'damaged goods.' Please then contact us to arrange for the piece to be collected for return.
When opening your package, please take care and allow for possible movement in transit. Once open, you must retain all internal and external packaging if the piece needs to be returned to us.
I AM BUYING THE PIECE OF ART FROM AS A GIFT - CAN YOU WRAP IT?
Due to the size of our art, we are unable to offer a gift-wrapping service.
CAN I RETURN A PIECE OF ART BOUGHT FROM ?
As each piece of art we sell through the website is made bespoke to your requirements, we cannot accept returns once your art has been paid. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IN ?
Cancellations cannot be made once the product is paid online.
