AM I BUYING ALWAYS FROM WWW.HEAVENLYPATHARTGALLERY.COM ART SHOP?

No. We are not representing all artists on direct sales. Most artists will have their own online shops, or they will take orders by phone or email. For FAQ about our own Art Shop, please check the drop-down menu that says Art Shop.

CAN I BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE ARTIST?

Yes, if there is - A Contact the Artist - hyperlink or contact information next to the painting information on the Artists Virtual Exhibition or a direct hyperlink to his online shop.

CAN I COLLECT MY ARTWORK DIRECTLY FROM THE ARTIST?

Yes, only if there is a direct link on the artist's contact information to the artist's online shop. After that, the artist will be personally responsible for handling the entire sale, not the www.heavenlypathartgallery.com. For any inquiries regarding the Sale, you will have to contact the artist directly.

TO WHO SHALL I DIRECT MY ENQUIRIES OR HELD RESPONSIBLE IF I BUY MY ARTWORK DIRECTLY FROM THE ARTIST?

Any inquiries regarding a Sale from an artist's website that occurred through a hyperlink provided on our website or by phone sale; you will need to contact the artist directly unless it was purchased from our gallery or our own online shop.
In most cases, we do everything we can to ensure the artist's trustworthiness before doing business with them.
We are not liable for any damages incurred as a result of a transaction made through another website or through your personal negotiations with the artist.
This includes monetary loss, artwork delivery delays, artwork loss, accident, or damage to artwork.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR ARTWORK I WANT TO BUY ONLINE?

It will depend on the artist's arrangements! Please check payment details before you purchase.

HOW DOES THE ARTIST'S CART WORK?

​

Every website is different. If you buy from another artist's online shop normally when you are ready to order or are just considering making an order, you can add items to your basket at any time by clicking the - add to the cart - button (be also aware of choosing various options for size and printing surface where is available) located next to any artwork for sale. This will take you to your cart, where all of your basket items are stored. You can navigate around the site and come back to your basket at any time by clicking on the basket icon.

WILL ITEMS REMAIN IN MY BASKET BETWEEN VISITS TO THE ARTIST'S WEBSITE?

All items will remain in your basket until you either make a purchase, remove it from the shopping cart, or the item sells out. Sometimes it pays to be quick!

I HAVE ADDED AN ITEM TO THE ARTIST'S CART, BUT I AM UNABLE TO BUY IT. WHY?

That means we are out of stock, so someone beat you to the item if this has happened. Sorry!

IS VAT INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?

MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN REFUSED; WHY?

​

Often payments are refused because the user has entered an invalid credit card, expiry date, or security number. If your transaction is rejected, please check your card details and try the transaction. If something still doesn't work, contact us, and we will help you through the process.

I HAVE PLACED AND ORDER WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

When your order is placed, it is relayed to the artist who packs the item with care and, if required, will ship it to you as quickly as possible.

I WANT TO BUY AN ORIGINAL WORK, BUT IT IS NOT FOR SALE. WHY?

​

Not all artwork submitted is available for sale as the original. Many works are available as prints or not for sale. Please check the sticker if it is red; that means the artwork is sold. Please check to see if there are available prints of the artwork as an option. We can certainly inform you of a particular artist if an original suddenly becomes available if you leave details and artists with particular interest.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ARTWORK TO BE DELIVERED?

Again it will depend on the artist! Please check delivery details before you purchase.

WHAT DO I DO UPON RECEIVING MY PIECE OF ART?

​

Before signing for your piece of art, please check all external packaging for damage. If you are happy with the condition, please sign the paperwork as 'in good condition.' If there is visible damage or you suspect there may be damaged, then please contact the artist.
When opening your package, please take care and allow for possible movement in transit. Once open, you must retain all internal and external packaging if the piece needs to be returned.

CAN I RETURN A PIECE OF ART BOUGHT FROM THE ARTIST?
